2. AGREEMENT DETAILS

The SELLER may request certain personal information (e.g., name, surname, phone number, email address, address, etc.) from the BUYER in order to provide better service and fulfill the SELLER's obligations. The conditions for processing, purposes of processing, and circumstances of data transfer regarding the BUYER’s data are detailed in the Personal Data Protection Information Text, which can be accessed anytime on the website. Detailed information about cookie usage is also available in the Cookie Policy section of the website.

The SELLER does not use the information provided through membership forms, contact forms, or during the sale of goods or services for purposes outside its operations, nor does it sell such information to third parties unrelated to its operations.

 

3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, the SELLER’s records (including electronic records such as computer data and audio recordings) shall serve as conclusive evidence.

Without prejudice to applicable provisions, this agreement shall remain in effect until the parties fulfill their payment/delivery obligations.

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the monetary limit announced annually in December by the Ministry of Trade, as well as Consumer Courts in the SELLER’s jurisdiction, shall have authority over disputes.

By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
