We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Colours and appearance may differ slightly from what you see on your screen, depending on your device and its settings.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example when a product is no longer available or when there is an obvious error in price or description. If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the details you provided, and refund any payment already made.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email.
For customers in the European Union, all prices include VAT. For customers outside the European Union, prices exclude VAT. Import duties, local taxes and clearance fees are charged on delivery by your country’s customs and are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices in physical stores or in stores operated by third parties. From time to time we may offer promotions with their own terms; if those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply.

We may give you access to tools offered by third parties, which we do not monitor or control. These are provided “as is” and “as available”, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

Emre Bal is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Emre Bal. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Emre Bal, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Emre Bal.
