DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Purchased items are handed over to the shipping company within 3 business days following the completion of the order.

  • Depending on the shipping company’s delivery process, purchased items will be delivered within 14 business days.

  • Once the items are handed over to the shipping company, you can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.

You can initiate a return request through the "My Orders" section. For purchases made without membership, you can start the return process by following the return steps without creating a request. Your return will be processed under the following conditions:

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.

  • The item(s) must be unused and in resalable condition, with the original packaging, tags, or box undamaged.

  • A printed e-archive invoice must be provided, with the "Return Section" at the bottom

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement and the Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué.

RETURN PROCESS

Returns for purchases made via emre-bal.com are accepted only at the return address specified below. You can process your return using UPS, DHL, or Yurtiçi Kargo with shipping costs covered by us. Returns sent with other shipping companies will require the sender to pay the shipping fees. Returns sent with unpaid shipping costs will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Our team will inspect returned items to ensure they are undamaged. Returns that do not meet the specified conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with shipping costs payable upon delivery.
