Thank you for shopping with Emre Bal. Every piece is made with care, and we want your order to reach you the same way.

SHIPPING

• Processing: We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.
• Weekends and holidays: Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.
• Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 14 days after we receive it.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder.

PRICES, TAXES AND DUTIES

• European Union: All prices include VAT. There are no extra costs on delivery.
• Outside the EU: Prices exclude VAT. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, local taxes and clearance fees are charged by your country’s customs on delivery and are paid by you. We declare the true value of every order on the commercial invoice, as required by law.
• Refused shipments: If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, we deduct the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the parcel from your refund.

MADE-TO-ORDER
Pieces made to your measurements or specifications are final sale and cannot be returned. If such a piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

RETURNS

• You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us at info@emre-bal.comand we’ll send you the return instructions.
• After that, send the items back within 14 days.
• Please return items unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached. If an item has been handled beyond what is needed to try it on, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.
• Return shipping costs are paid by you. For returns from outside the EU, any duties or taxes on the return are also your responsibility.
• Made-to-order pieces are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

REFUNDS
We refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait to pay out until the items are back with us, or until you’ve sent us proof of shipment. Refunds go to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
Want a different size? Return the item as described above and place a new order. That way your new size is reserved straight away.
